By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined here and any additional service-specific agreements provided during the order process.

3. How Our Services Work

Graphic/Web Design & Funnel Creation

  1. Book Your Service
    Select the service package that best suits your needs. Each package includes a 1-hour creative brief session to align on your vision.

  2. Submit Your Details
    Upon booking, you’ll gain access to Basecamp, where you can upload all assets (logos, photos, inspirations).

  3. Creation Phase

    • Standard graphic design delivery: 7 days
    • Web design/funnel delivery: 2 weeks
    • Expedited delivery options:
      • 2-day rush (2x cost)
      • 3-day delivery (1.5x cost)
      • 4-day delivery (1.25x cost)

  4. Review & Finalization
    You’ll receive up to 3 rounds of edits. Final designs are delivered in high-resolution formats. Original files (e.g., PSD) are not included unless purchased separately.

Soul Superpower Blueprint Report

  1. Book Your Report
    Choose the blueprint package and provide your birth details (time, date, and location) using the provided form.

  2. Creation Phase
    The personalized report will be crafted based on your Astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys. Delivery time: 5–7 days.

  3. Receive & Explore

    • Get your beautifully designed PDF report via email.
    • Unlock access to a free learning portal with introductory courses.

  4. Next Steps
    Upgrade with a Masterclass or 1:1 coaching for deeper insights.

Soul Superpower Coaching Sessions

  • Sessions include a personalized dive into your Astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys to create actionable strategies.
  • Additional coaching types: Dream Mapping Session (90 min) for advanced strategy.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments: All payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.
  • Refund Policy:
    • No refunds are offered once services (design or report creation) have begun or have been delivered.
    • Refunds for coaching sessions are not provided, but rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice.

5. Privacy Policy & Third-Party Providers

  • We use third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GoHighLevel) to deliver services. Your data will only be shared as necessary for service completion.
  • Please review the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

6. Liability

We are not liable for third-party disruptions (e.g., payment processing or hosting failures). By using our services, you agree to indemnify Agentura Digitalis from third-party-related issues.

    • Due to its personalized nature, all sales are final.
    • Adjustments (e.g., birth detail corrections) must be made before the report is delivered.

  3. Coaching Sessions

    • No refunds. Rescheduling is possible with 48 hours’ notice.
